A Little Gem

The Little Museum of Dublin is located on 15 St Stephen’s Green,  between The Shelbourne Hotel, close to the corner of Dawson street. The brainchild of Dubliner Trevor White and owned by Dublin City Council, this beautiful Georgian building is stuffed with wonderful memorabelia from times past.  Many of the artifacts are donated by local people.  The Cushman Collection comprise great photo images from Dublin in the 1950’s and 60’s. The top floor of the building is a shrine to U2 and a must see for anyone who is interested in a band that took the world by storm. Further details on www.littlemuseum.ie  Truely a little gem in the heart of the city.
